DEPOSIT/ CANCELLATIONS/ NO-SHOW POLICY

a) FIT Reservations
To offer maximum flexibility, all FIT reservations can make amendments or cancellation 48 hours prior to the date of arrival with any cancellation amendment fees. If cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee. Full prepayment will be taken 2 days prior to arrival, credit card payments will incur 2% surcharge.

b) Ad Hoc Groups for Non-Credit account: A group is deemed to be for 10 rooms or more and for this Hotel Park Residenence will need the following.
• A preliminary rooming requirement update is required for 60 days prior to the arrival date
• Groups or any rooms cancelled after the date which is 30 days prior to the arrival date must pay an amount equal to 100% of the total cost of accommodation for all rooms.
• A final rooming list with names and sharing requirement is required 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date. This is applicable to all groups booked without credit facilities at the Hotel.

c) Ad Hoc Groups for Credit Account Clientele
• Rooms cancelled after the date which is 30 days prior to the arrival date must pay a cancellation fee equal to the first nights’ accommodation.
• A final rooming requirement update is required 30 days prior to arrival
• A final rooming list with names & sharing requirement is required 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• Groups or any rooms cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date will incur the full accommodation charge for all nights for each room night cancelled.

d) Series Reservations
• A preliminary rooming requirement update is required for 60 days prior to the arrival date
• A final rooming requirement update is required 30 days prior to the arrival date
• A final rooming list with names and sharing requirements is required 14 days prior to arrival
• Rooms cancelled after the date which is 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged and amount equivalent to the charge for one night’s booking.

CHILDREN’S POLICIES
• There are no accommodation discounts for children, but children under 5 using existing bedding incur no additional charge. Cots are $15 per night to hire.
• Children less than 5 years of age – complimentary breakfast
• Children ages 5, but less than 13 – breakfast at 50% discount of adult meal Contract Rate
• No other meal discounts for children
